Not sure when you wrote; this has not been an active website for a while…
Kasatkin’s work has not been translated –
the most info about him can be found by searching for “Kasatkin” on this website –
I have give several talks at IASD about prodromal dreams; this would be accessible on audiotapes of the conferences in Chicago and Asheville..
Van de Castle’s The Dreaming Mindis the book that mentions him most, and one of the best books on dreams in general…
