Kasatkin: Diagnostic Dream of a Mountain Slide

Another tubercular patient, who developed pleurisy in her left lung, described a dream in which a mountain slide fell on her chest, and when she tried to crawl through a small opening, the left side of her chest was too large to squeeze through.
